The application fee is HK$150 or US$20 (non-refundable). Please settle the fee by one of the following methods:

(a) in cash, by using the account "024-280-277476-006", at any branch of the Hang Seng Bank;

(b) by cheque/bankdraft, payable to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

On the back of the application fee receipt and cheque/ bank draft, please write down your name in block letters and your application number and send it to the Research Office in Room M502, Li Ka Shing Tower, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
